Job description: Social Media Manager

Location: Bengaluru

Job Type: Full-time (2 months probation / internship)

Role Description

Sripada Studios is looking for a Performance Marketer who’s passionate about turning creativity into measurable growth.  If you’re in your final year or just out of college and eager to learn how digital campaigns drive business success — this is your chance to master the art of paid marketing, analytics, and growth strategy in a startup environment that values innovation and experimentation.

Qualifications

  1. Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

  2. Understanding of campaign objectives — awareness, traffic, lead generation, and conversions.

  3. Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and conversion optimization.

  4. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and presentation tools.

  5. Creative thinking with an analytical mindset.

  6. Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi (preferred).

Responsibilities

The day to day activities and responsibilities includes:

  1. Plan, execute, and monitor paid marketing campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.

  2. Research and identify target audiences, ad placements, and campaign strategies.

  3. Assist in ad copywriting and creative direction to improve CTR and engagement.

  4. Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.

  5. Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.

  6. Optimize budgets to ensure maximum ROI and cost-effectiveness.

  7. Collaborate with the design and content team for ad creatives and landing pages.

  8. Track KPIs — CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, ROAS — and report weekly performance.

  9. Stay up to date with latest ad trends, algorithms, and performance tools.
