Location: Bengaluru

Job Type: Full-time (2 months probation / internship)

Role Description

As a Video Editor at Sripada Studios, you will be responsible for creating captivating visual content primarily in Kannada and English languages. You will collaborate with our creative team to produce high-quality videos that align with our company’s objectives. A passion for cinema is essential, along with a keen eye for social media and digital marketing trends.

Qualifications

  1. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.), Canva and G Suite.
  2. Proven experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
  3. A deep understanding of cinematography principles, storytelling techniques and video production processes.
  4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to evolving project requirements.
  6. Proficiency in Kannada and English languages.

Responsibilities

The day to day activities and responsibilities includes:

  1. Edit videos in Kannada and English languages, ensuring high-quality output that meets the company’s standards.
  2. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop video concepts that resonate with our target audience.
  3. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance video content.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends, social media platforms, and digital marketing strategies to optimize video content for maximum engagement.
  5. Manage video projects from inception to completion, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
  6. Maintain organized project files and assets for efficient workflow management.
  7. Continuously improve editing techniques and explore innovative approaches to video production.
